Return & Exchange Policy

At Path of the Spiritweaver, we strive to provide high-quality, handcrafted art and products. Since our items are print-on-demand, we take pride in ensuring each order is made specifically for you. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read our return policy carefully:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your product. You must provide photo evidence of the damage or defect. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Claims for products lost in transit must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

How to Submit a Claim

If there’s a problem with your order, please submit a problem report to us as soon as possible. This will help us resolve the issue quickly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to the print on demand facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once the correct address is confirmed.

Shipments that are unclaimed will be returned to our facility and are eligible for reshipment at your cost.

Unclaimed Shipments & Returns

Unclaimed shipments will be donated to charity after 30 days if not addressed.

We are not responsible for any unclaimed packages, and reshipping may require additional fees if applicable.

Products Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for sealed goods (e.g., face masks, for hygiene reasons) or items that are customized or made to your specifications.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges unless otherwise specified.

If you are located in Brazil, returns for any reason must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Contact our Customer Service for return instructions.

European Union Consumers

According to EU Consumer Rights Law, the right to cancel or return items does not apply to personalized or sealed goods that have been opened.

Return Address

Our return address is set by Printful and returns will be processed accordingly. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
